ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:
We deliver Monday – Saturday (we may deliver on Sunday on request please email us at hello@thefreshcollective.com.au before placing the order and we will see if we can facilitate )
Orders must be placed before 2:00pm two business days before your delivery date
If you have a last minute request please email us at hello@thefreshcollective.com.au before placing the order and we will see if we can facilitate
Orders can be delivered between 7.30am and 4:30pm 6 days per week Monday to Saturday
We cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time – we will deliver within an hour of you selected delivery time
DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:
Minimum spend $150 inc GST
Standard delivery fee $15 inc GST for all deliveries within a 30 kilometre radius of Redfern, Sydney and Eagle Farm, Brisbane CBD
Deliveries outside of this radius on request with additional delivery charges
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Changes to your order require 48 hours notice and can be emailed to hello@thefreshcollective.com.au
Credit card surcharges apply (VISA 1.5%, Mastercard 1.5% & Amex 1.8%)
Payment is required in full upon ordering
All prices include GST

Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be notified
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded
If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice you will receive a 50% refund of your total order
