ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:

We deliver Monday – Friday (enquiries for deliveries on Saturday and Sunday are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at hello@thefreshcollective.com.au before placing the order and we will see if we can facilitate).

Orders must be placed before 12:00pm two business days before your delivery date.

Please note that orders are not confirmed until approved by The Fresh Collective via a confirmation email.

Orders can be delivered between 7:30am and 4:30pm 5 days per week Monday to Friday. Delivery timings are subject to approval during the confirmation process.

We cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time – we will deliver within 30 minutes either side of your confirmed delivery time.

DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:

Minimum spend $150 inc GST.

Standard delivery fee $15 inc GST for all deliveries within a 20 kilometre radius of Redfern, Sydney and Eagle Farm, Brisbane CBD.

Deliveries outside of this radius are assessed on request with additional delivery charges applied.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Changes to your order require 48 hours notice and can be emailed to hello@thefreshcollective.com.au.

Credit card surcharges apply (VISA 1.5%, Mastercard 1.5% & Amex 1.8%).

Payment is required in full upon ordering.

All prices include GST.

Prices are subject to change.

Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded.

If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice you will receive a 50% refund of your total order.

DELAYS ON YOUR DELIVERY:

In the event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.
